This website is operated by E&A Digital Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Products – We sell printed letters for personal use.

Prices & Taxes – Prices & Taxes – E&A Digital Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16673051). We are not currently VAT-registered. Prices shown are final and no additional VAT will be charged at checkout.

Payment – Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept major debit/credit cards and supported digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Shipping – Orders are scheduled into our weekly print run (see Shipping & Returns). Delivery times vary by destination, including the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Returns & Cancellations –
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email help@epicletterclub.com within 14 days of receipt.
As our letters are personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

Governing Law – These terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
