What do I get?
A six-week story told through six letters. One purchase covers the full set - including postage.

When does my child’s set start?
We post once per week using reliable local mail services. Time to receive the first letter can vary depending on the timing of your purchase. However, your six letters will be sent at the same time each week. Because of this, once you receive the first letter, the following five should arrive at a similar time each week thereafter.

Do you deliver to the UK?
Yes. We deliver across the UK for a one-time price of £39 including postage. The full six-letter set is mailed weekly.

Are the letters suitable for Australian and New Zealand children?
Yes. Epic Letter Club is designed for English-speaking children aged 7–12 and is suitable for families in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

Do you deliver to Australia?
Yes. We deliver across Australia for a one-time price of $79 AUD including postage. The full six-letter set is mailed weekly, just like our UK service. Orders for Australia are printed locally within the region.

Do you deliver to New Zealand?
Yes. We deliver across New Zealand for a one-time price of $89 NZD including postage. The full six-letter set is mailed weekly, just like our UK service. Orders for New Zealand are printed locally within the region.

How much does it cost?
£39 UK • $79 AUD • $89 NZD for all six letters. Postage included.

Is it a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time purchase that sends six weekly letters.

Which ages are the characters for?
Captain Pong 9–12, Finlay Fox 811, Zig the Whizzbot 7–9, Princess Thistle 7–9.

What do you personalise?
We print your child’s first name in every letter (and full name on the envelope).

How do I tell you where to send the letters?
At checkout, we ask for your shipping name/address - these are the details we use for the envelope. We also ask for the child's first name, which will be used inside the letter (Dear.....)

Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
Yes—if your set hasn’t been sent to print yet. Email help@epicletterclub.com with your order number.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. From this site we deliver to the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. United States customers should visit our US website: https://epicletterclub.com/

What if something goes wrong (damaged or missing)?
We’ll reprint and post a replacement at no extra cost.

Returns?
We do not need you to return any letters to us. If you have any problems you can email help@epicletterclub.com with your order number.

How do I pay?
Checkout via Stripe with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or major debit/credit cards.

How do you use my data?
We only use details to personalise and deliver your letters. See our Privacy Policy for full info.
